1. CHOOSE

Take your time to browse through our list of exclusively handmade Tiny Thoughts designs! Grab a coffee and compare notes with a friend. Leave the blog page open as a hint for a "special someone". Or experience the joys of flying solo in the pleasure of your own comfy seat (however, we're adamant that Tiny Thoughts are made to be shared!).

2. ORDER

Decisions, decisions, decisions are hard to do. But be done, they must! Self-restraint is unheard of at Tiny Thoughts, so give in to our exquisite pieces and choose as many as you like!

Ready to order? Drop us an email with the following details:

i) Name

ii) Contact number

iii) Item details and quantity

iv) Desired colour of Swarovski crystals (if you want the original colour as featured in the blog, just skip this step)

v) Total price amount

vi) Payment & delivery method

Once we recieve your order, you'll recieve a confirmation email from us in no time!

3. PAYMENT

A small bit of sacrifice is all that stands between you and your dazzling Tiny Thoughts item! You can do this! We know you're strong!

Payment transaction can be done in 2 ways. More decisions? Just minor ones ;)

i) CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Simple! Just pay us the full amount when we meet up to deliver your Tiny Thoughts! Meet-ups at SS15, Subang Jaya very much preferred.

ii) BANK IN TRANSFER (Public Bank)

Account details will be emailed to you once we confirm your order. Please notify us immediately once payment is complete. Most importantly, you must email us the transaction receipt (scan/photograph it) for us to confirm your transaction. Without it, we wont be able to send you your little bundle of joy!

Please keep all receipts just in case.

Once all payments have been confirmed, your Tiny Thought will be on its way to you!

4. DELIVERY

Now here's the best part! You'll finally be able to get your hands on your chosen Tiny Thoughts! We feel your excitement too!

Great things come in pairs. We've 2 delivery methods just for you!

i) PERSONAL MEET-UP

Would you like to personally recieve your items from the brains (and hands) behind Tiny Thoughts? Lets meet up! Here's a few details:

- Personal meet-up delivery is only limited to major locations/shopping malls within the Klang Valley and SS15, Subang Jaya
- Purchases valued RM100 and above = free delivery to major locations/shopping malls within the Klang Valley
- Purchases valued RM99 and below = RM10 delivery charge to major locations/shopping malls within the Klang Valley
- Personal meet-up deliveries within SS15, Subang Jaya or Sunway area will be free of charge!

ii) POSTAGE/COURIER

No one is ever too busy to buy a Tiny Thought, but you might not have the time to personally collect it. Or are you located outside the Klang Valley? No worries! Here's your options:

a) Postal service
- Purchases valued RM100 and above = free postage to anywhere within Malaysia
- Purchases valued RM99 and below = RM5 postage fee to anywhere within Malaysia
- Estimated time for arrival of Tiny Thoughts = 3 to 7 working days

b) Courier service
- Purchases valued RM100 and above = RM5 courier fee to anywhere within Malaysia
- Purchases valued RM99 and below = RM10 courier fee to anywhere within Malaysia
- Estimated time for arrival of Tiny Thoughts = 1 to 2 working days

5. DELIGHT!

Quite personally our favourite part of the process! Congratulations! You will soon be the proud owner of an exclusively handmade Tiny Thought! Showing it off to everyone is not mandatory, but it is recommended ;)
